Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST (GMT-08:00) will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time & Method

  • Shipping Carrier: USPS or other standard shipping partners
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday) after processing
  • Shipping Cost: Free standard shipping within the United States
  • Note: Pre-ordered products would take up to 3 weeks to ship depends on the sourcing time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with:

  • Carrier information
  • Tracking number
  • Order status and shipping details

You can track your package on the carrier's website or through our Order Tracking Page within 24 hours of dispatch.

Other Shipping Terms

Change of Delivery Address
To request an address change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the address after the order has shipped.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
