ORDERS & PAYMENTS
All our orders are made to order and ship from California. It usually takes 3-5 business days for us to pick pearls, make jewelry, pack and ship the orders.
Pre-ordered products would take up to 3 weeks to ship depends on the sourcing time.
We deploy regular drops on Monday mornings every six to eight weeks. To stay in the know, sign up for our newsletter at the bottom left of our homepage and follow us
You may check-out as a guest but we recommend creating an account to make your life a little easier next time you shop with us.
Our pieces are 100% handmade, so occasional issues can occur. If your item arrives broken, please contact us immediately for a replacement. We'll provide a return shipping label and send you a new item as soon as possible.
We also offer a 1-year warranty. If anything happens within 100 days with proper care, please reach out to us. We will gladly fix or replace your item.
We do not offer refunds, but we do offer exchanges for store credit within 7 days of receiving order on all unworn items. A gift card will be issued upon return of the order & inspection.
Custom designed merchandise, class rings, and items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your package is returned to us for any reason you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent again. Please contact us if your order tracking says it has been returned to our warehouse.
