Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

• Returned within 7 days of delivery
• Unworn, unused, and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
• Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

• Custom designed merchandise, class rings, and items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

• Contact Us: Email info@theverypearl.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos or videos (if applicable).
• Approval: Our customer support team will respond within 3 business days to confirm if your return request is approved.
• Return Label: If approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label you can print and attach to your package.
• Return Method: Return should be sent us by mail to our return address. 

Return Address:

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item): We cover return shipping.
• If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size): You are responsible for return shipping.

No restocking fees are applied.

Refund & Exchange Policy

• We do not offer monetary refunds.
• Eligible returns will be issued store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
• Store credit is processed within 10 days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
• Store credit is valid for future purchases on our website.

1-Year Warranty

• We offer a 1-year warranty for all products. If anything happens within 1 year with proper care, please reach out to us. We will gladly fix or replace your item.
  If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery.
